Communique of the SADC Double Troika Summit of the Heads of State and Government of the Southern African Development Community (SADC) was held in Addis Ababa, in the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia on 17th January 2019.

The SADC Double Troika Summit was held on 17th January, 2019 in Addis Ababa and was officially opened by H.E President Dr. Hage G. Geingob, the Chairperson of SADC. The SADC Double Troika Summit was convened to review the political and security situation in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
