SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF PORTA CABINS

The SADC Malaria Elimination Eight Initiative (E8) is a coalition of eight countries; Angola, Botswana, Eswatini, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa, Zambia, and Zimbabwe, working across national borders to eliminate malaria in the sub-region by 2030. 

The SADC Malaria Elimination Eight Secretariat (SADC-MEES), hereby invites interested and suitable suppliers to submit quotations for:

SPECIFICATION FOR PORTA CABIN 

• Design, Supply and install a 9 x 15 metres with the following minimum features:
  • 1 Office
  • 2 Toilets – with ceramic toilet bowl and pan, including wash basins.
  • Shower and Coat room
  • Morphology lab including wash basins.
  • PCR Lab
  • 2 Dark Rooms
  • 1 Storeroom with a self-closing door to the lab.

Additional set up requirements are:

• Double-tier power skirting with data

• Supply and connect sewer drainage pipe to manhole provided by water Utility cooperation, 110mm diameter pipe including connection and excavation for not more than 600mm deep.

• Transportation to Francistown -Include joining on-site and escort services 

• Electricity Installation. 

• The Cabin should have air conditioning (3)

All quotations submitted must be accompanied by:

1. Proof of company registration

2. VAT registration certificate

3. Maximum 3 References for provision of similar goods

4. Estimated Time of Delivery

5. Sample design of cabin based on above listed specifications.
