Purpose: The purpose of this Addendum is to make changes, additions, deletions, and revisions to the Request for Expressions of Interest dated 28th February 2017 for the above referenced project. Bidders shall review the Addendum requirements in detail and incorporate any effects the Addendum may have in their Technical and Financial proposals.
Note: All requirements of the Request for Expressions of Interest remain unchanged except as cited herein.
Notice: Change of Evaluation and Contract Award Criteria
The Quality Based Selection method will be used and not Quality and Cost Based Selection method. Award will be made to the Proposal which will obtain the highest technical score with its financial offer within the available Budget.
The available budget for the Assignment is US $ 236,350.00 inclusive of expert service/consultants fees, Per diems and Reimbursables
Terms of reference
The Terms of Reference have been slightly adjusted in the overall and specific responsibility of the consultant to emphasize the critical role of project coordination that s/he will be required to perform
Change of Proposal Submission Date
Due to the above changes, the date for the Proposal Submission for the above captioned assignment has been changed to Tuesday 28th March 2017.
