The Executive Director of the Centre for Coordination of Agricultural Research and Development for Southern Africa (CCARDESA), Professor Timothy Simalenga today paid a courtesy call on SADC Executive Secretary, H.E. Dr. Stergomena Lawrence Tax to update her on CCARDESA activities.
During the visit, Professor Simalenga presented Dr. Tax with the CCARDESA Annual Report for 2013 as well as the Medium Term Operational Plan (MTOP) 2014-2015.
CCARDESA is a subsidiary Organisation of SADC established in July 2011 with a mandate to coordinate agricultural research and development in the SADC region.
