"National Quality Awards are a catalyst for excellence, competitiveness and economic development and this has been witnessed by the zeal and enthusiasm to establish them by a number of countries worldwide", says SADC Executive Secretary, Dr. Stergomena Lawrence Tax. She was speaking at the 4th SADC Annual Quality Award Presentation Ceremony in Gaborone where Small and Medium Enterprises from SADC Member States were awarded for excellence in sustainable quality of service delivery and quality of products.
