SADC Executive Secretary, H.E Dr. Stergomena Lawrence Tax today received H.E. Martin Garner, Deputy Head of Mission of the Austrian Embassy in South Africa. Austria is the lead International Cooperating Partner (ICP) for the SADC Energy Thematic Group (ETG) and co-chairs the SADC Thematic Group on Peace and Security.
