SADC Executive Secretary, H.E Dr. Stergomena Lawrence Tax today received the Ambassador of Spain based in Windhoek, Namibia, H.E Mrs Carmen Diez at the SADC Secretariat offices for discussions on issues of cooperation between SADC and Spain.
